South Point in Las Vegas will host the annual Ante4Autism charity poker tournament on Saturday, an event that will help raise money for a good cause.
Registration for the $200 buy-in no-limit hold'em tournament begins at 5:30 p.m. Cards will be in the air an hour later. Each player is permitted unlimited $100 add-ons and $100 rebuys, and the prize pool has a $15,000 guarantee.

The event will be co-hosted by poker pro Karina Jett. Her husband, Chip Jett, is a past Ante4Autism charity tournament winner and will also be in attendance seeking a second victory.
The Jett family will be joined on the felt by some non-poker celebrities, including Major League Baseball legend Jose Canseco, a Las Vegas resident and avid poker player. Canseco, who hit 462 home runs during his storied big league career in the 1980s and 1990s, has been a regular in Ante4Autism events and other charity poker tournaments.
Canseco's twin brother, Ozzie Canseco, a former professional baseball player, will be among the familiar faces in the crowd. Longtime World Series of Poker (WSOP) commentator and AOL email user Norman Chad will bring the (bad?) jokes and easy money. Miss Nevada 2025 Abigail Bachman will also join the party.
The main purpose of the 17th annual Ante4Autism poker tournament is to raise money for five separate charities that benefit people with autism. More than $1.4 million has been raised for the cause over the years. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 31 children and 1 in 45 adults are diagnosed as autistic.
Players can sign up for the tournament or sponsorship opportunities directly on the Ante4Autism website. Special room rates at South Point are available by using the code ANTE025. PokerNewswill be in attendance on Saturday, helping to support a great cause.
