Norway’s Drea Karlsen is the new queen of Tallinn after going wire to wire in the €350 NLH Queens event, capturing a WSOPC ring, €6,480, and a €5,000 Ticket to Paradise package to the Bahamas.
Karlsen entered the final day as chip leader and never looked back, dominating the final table to outlast a 74-player field at OlyBet’s Olympic Park Casino in the Estonian capital.
The win continues a strong run for Karlsen, who also claimed a Queens title earlier this year at OlyBet’s Showdown series in Vilnius. She defeated Sweden’s Sindy Ygborn heads-up, with Ygborn drawing plenty of support from a lively rail.
It capped off another memorable day in Tallinn, which also saw a record-breaking field confirmed in the €555 NLH event and the start of this year’s €1 million guaranteed WSOPC Tallinn Main Event, with the first of five starting flights now in the books.
The midweek action shows no signs of slowing down, with six WSOPC ring events either underway or kicking off today. There's plenty of hardware on the line here in summery Tallinn.

Long Live Queen Karlsen
Drea Karlsen is the latest player to etch her name into the winner’s list at WSOPC Tallinn, taking down Ring Event #4: €350 NLH Queens after a dominant final table performance that saw the Norwegian knock out six of her eight opponents.
Karlsen went on a tear in the late stages, sending Nadja Sutter, Saara Benlamine, Iryna Tsikhanskaya, Helina Tamm, and Anzelika Urbane to the rail in quick succession. Her final victim was Sweden’s Sindy Ygborn, who put up a strong fight heads-up before ultimately falling just short of the title.
The final hand saw Ygborn shove with Q♦4♣, only to run into Karlsen’s 6♥6♠. The 9♣4♥K♠5♥7♥board offered a pair for both players, but Karlsen's sixes held to seal the win and crown her the third circuit ring winner of the week.
Ygborn was all smiles as she celebrated her deep run with a lively rail, while Karlsen posed for photos with her newly minted WSOPC gold ring.

WSOPC Tallinn Main Event Underway
The €1 million guaranteed WSOPC Tallinn Main Event got underway yesterday, with Day 1a drawing 125 entries. Of those, 47 players have already secured their seat for Friday’s Day 2.
Two more starting flights are scheduled for Wednesday at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. EEST, as players from across the globe descend on Tallinn for Northern Europe’s only WSOP Circuit Main Event.
Yesterday’s turnout has already contributed €161,595 to the guaranteed prize pool, with hundreds more entries expected over the next two days as the excitement continues to build toward what promises to be a fantastic showpiece occasion.

€555 NLH Breaks the Records
Ring Event #3: €555 NLH will crown a champion today, with the winner earning the right to say they topped a record-breaking field here in Tallinn.
A total of 744 entries were logged – the largest ever for a €555 event in Estonia – generating a hefty prize pool that includes €62,100, a WSOPC ring, and a coveted Ticket to Paradise package for the champion.
Latvia’s Raivis Pucurs returns as chip leader and will be looking to add another highlight to an already strong 2025. Pucurs has enjoyed a successful year so far, including a win and several deep runs at OlyBet’s Showdown Voodoo Spring Edition in his native Riga.
Six Golden Rings to Play for on Wednesday
We’re set for another massive day at Olympic Park Casino as the WSOPC ring events hit full throttle, with six tournaments either kicking off or playing down to a winner.
While eyes remain on the early stages of the Main Event and the final day of the record-breaking €555 NLH, attention will also turn to Ring Event #6: €1,100 PLO4/5, where 29 players return to battle it out for the title and the ring.
High-stakes fans have plenty to get excited about, too, with the €5,000 NLH ring event getting underway. One of the biggest buy-ins of the week, it’s expected to draw some notable names through the doors of the Olympic Casino.
Mixed game enthusiasts aren’t left out either, as Ring Event #8: €1,100 8-Game kicks off at 5 p.m. local time, adding variety to an already stacked schedule. And with satellites, cash games, and side events running throughout the day, Northern Europe’s premier poker festival is once again delivering in style.
